Do you have any additional equipment other than what is on the website?
Yes. We receive new equipment weekly. You may give us a call at 508-995-0116 or request a quote.
How much does it cost to ship a pool table?
Pool tables are only sold in Massachusetts. You may give us a call at 508-995-0116 or request a quote.
Will I need coins to play my used pool table?
No. The coin chute and ball trap have been removed from the pool tables and are set for automatic play.
What condition can I expect used equipment to be in?
Juke boxes, video games and pinball machines leave our warehouse after a full inspection. We make sure the machine is in excellent working order before it is shipped. Please review our warranty information page for additional information.
What exactly will my purchase look like?
All of our equipment is sold in "as is" condition. Upon request only, we will e-mail a picture of your exact purchase.
How badly worn are the used pool table cloths?
All of our pool tables are re-surfaced with top-of-the-line Champion Titan cloth.
What is included with the purchase of a used pool table?
Used pool tables include 1 set of used balls, ball rack, chalk and 4 cue sticks.
Do you sell new supplies for pool tables?
Yes. We sell new pool supplies and accessories. See our "pool table parts".
What is your return policy?
Not all of Adams & Adams products are returnable. Please review all of our policies.


New and used equipment may be returned within 7 days in the original packaging, in the same condition that it was received, including all accessories and a copy of the receipt. All purchases made by credit card will be refunded to that same credit card. Customers who pay in cash will receive a check from Adams & Adams, Inc. within 7 business days of receiving the returned item. ALL DELIVERY AND SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY SHIPPING AND DELIVERY COST, IN ADDITION TO A 20% RE-STOCKING FEE.


Custom Orders may only be cancelled within the first 24 hours after being placed. Cancellations requests must be made by calling 508-995-0116. Custom orders are non-refundable and non-returnable.


Orders may be cancelled by phone within 24 hrs. of being placed. All video game, pinball and jukebox sales are final. Cold weather can affect the performance of electronic equipment. Items should be allowed to warm up to room temperature before power is supplied. Not doing so may risk damage to the game. Allow at least one hour before powering up.


Any foosball table may be returned within 30 days of purchase as long as it is returned in the original box in like new condition and contains all parts and accessories. Customer will be responsible for any shipping or delivery costs and a 20% re-stocking fee will be applied.
